Generally, I usually have a mixed reaction to almost every Miu Miu collection. Actually, you could say that I have a mixed reaction to every Miu Miu collection but it isn't until that I've seen it person or on someone who wears it well that I'm fully convinced. I guess that's the intrigue and appeal of Miu Miu; they're idea driven clothes that are meant to be dissected and worn a particular way. After seeing some of the harlequin frocks and fanciful shoes up close at the Rue Saint-Honoré store location, I felt deeply in love with the collection and had a new appreciation for the brand. I've now learned not to judge Miu Miu until I've seen it in person and worn on a chic Parisienne girl. Neither should you. Trust me, the shoes were killer!!! And so were the dresses....Ok, I'll stop.

I always get compliments on my harlequin jacket by Miu Miu. It's fantastic--and I mean that in its original sense. Is this pic taken at the Soho store?
